Christmas Frozen.

In this ice filled sky the stars have ceased to shine
The winter winds have finally frozen time
Crying for a life I lost somehow
Beneath a shroud of frost it lies buried now

Mind me, falling star
In my hand
So far

In this night the church bells won’t comfort me
Past the shadow flame of a burning tree
Here I’ll sink down into the snow
It must be true then, we all reap what we sow

Memory’s December storm
I remember
It once was warm
